At Precious Beading, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be returned to us and be in our possession before any refund is processed.

• Items must be in excellent condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a partial or full refund based on the condition of the returned product.

• Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
