At Precious Beading, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or is not in its original condition.

3. Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will review your claim and provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
