At Precious Beading, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
2. Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or is not in its original condition.
3. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your claim and provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
